New Kurt Hydraulics (BW) Spiral Hose Couplings Handle Pressures To 6000 PSI

Lyman, Nebraska: “Bite-type” (BW) hose couplings for hydraulic applications are now available from Kurt Hydraulics.

Designed for non-skive SAE 100 R12 applications, these Kurt fittings are available in 175 standard sizes and end configurations. They are designed to handle working pressures to 6000 PSI.

Made of steel in a one-piece design, these fittings are structurally rigid. They have corrosion resistant, zinc chromate finish and are available in 8 through 32 SAE hose sizes.

All sizes feature precision machined ferrule, which, when crimped, “bites” into the wire of the hose. The result is a no leak system. These fittings are compatible with most model crimpers.

Designed to eliminate leaks in hydraulic systems, these Kurt fittings are ideal for both industrial and commercial applications including construction, agricultural, mining and plant maintenance equipment. Field proven in vibration and shock conditions, they are designed to handle sub-zero through high temperature applications.

Kurt fittings meet SAE specifications and are quality manufactured in accordance with ISO 9002/QS 9000 quality processes and systems.
